Scalloped Shirt for Spring
I’ve always gravitated toward white collared shirts and I’ve collected a lot of delicate white shirts through the years. I’m smitten with all types of collars- Peter Pan collar, pointed collar, Mandarin collar, etc. I also like to play around with different collar decorations as well like collar bar pin, bow ties and bow knot neck tie. White collared shirts are perfect for either pairing with circle skirts in summer or layering with sweaters in winter. This scalloped shirt I wore is from Asos and it’s my favorite in my collection. The collar with scalloped edge makes this shirt pretty unique. I love the crispy white, clean shape and the tailored fit. To add to that, the scalloped collar is a perfect hint for the spring season. I brought this blouse with me when I traveled to Guam and Tokyo and still dig out this pieces year after year. It’s just the statement item that I can dress up or down. This is exactly what you feel about a piece that you really love. When you fall in love with a piece of clothing, you know that you’ll wear endlessly. While I adore the clean white color of this blouse very much, recently Asos also launched the new version of this scalloped shirt in black. Which one do you like better?
